21 day Yoga Teacher Training

You’ll have 3 dedicated, highly experienced 500 E-RYT trainers guiding you through your 21 day journey. Your learning will be a balance of modern and traditional techniques. You’ll have 1.5 days each week to explore the area, get a massage or go on an expedition.

Healthy Meals

We take pride in our healthy meals that cater to every dietary restriction. Whether you are vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary needs, our chefs ensure that you enjoy delicious and nutritious options that nourish your body and satisfy your taste buds.

Airport Shuttle

We provide group pick ups to and from the airport. If you need personal transportation, we can help you schedule a shuttle or rent a car.

Props

We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps and bolsters so you have everything you need for an invigorating and supported yoga practice.

Follow up Sessions

Learning doesn’t end after training. You’ll have access to follow up sessions with our instructors once your training is complete.

A breif overview.

200hr vs. 300hr

Our 200hr is the introduction to yoga teacher training. This is great for any curious yoga practitioner who is interested in deepening their practice and/or has the desire to teach.

The 300hr is for anyone who has already completed a 200hr. It is an training that dives into more nuanced details and additional styles. You can find more about our 300hr here

Asana

  • Excursions to waterfall hikes, surfing, near by towns, massages available (or just relax and hang out for the day)

We sure are! We have both 200hr and 300hr.

What is the difference between your 200 hour and 300 hour?

Our 200hr is the introduction to yoga teacher training great for any curious yoga practitioner. The 300hr is for anyone who has already completed a 200hr. It is an advanced training that dives into more nuanced details and additional styles.

What level of experience is needed for the 200 hour?

We encourage at least 6 months of yoga practice prior to joining our yoga trainings.

Are there prerequisites for the 300 hour?

Yes, you must complete your 200 hour training beforehand. The 300 hour is an advanced training.

Will I be able to keep up with the amount of yoga?

Our classes are designed for all levels and we design our daily schedule with several breaks to create space for rest and integration. Our schedule also shifts between movement and lecture, and discussion to allow for more balance throughout the day.

Is the training only for people who want to become yoga teachers?

Nope! We welcome all walks of life and believe that everyone would benefit from take 3 weeks off of life to dive into this transformative journey.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can structure your own payment plan with Shop Pay at check out.

Do I need my own yoga props?

We provide blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and blankets. Most people enjoy bringing their own mat <3

Is there WIFI available on the property?

Yes, our venues have wifi. However, we do encourage you to give yourself time and space to unplug.

Who are your teachers?

All our teachers are seasoned teachers with 10+years of teaching experience at the E-RYT 500 level.

Do you have ongoing support once training is complete?

We sure do! We have monthly meet ups for our graduates.

How do I get to the venue?

We got you! You book your flights and we will help coordinate your transportation.

Are all meals included?

Costa Rica: 3 daily nourishing meals

Thailand: Daily large Brunch, fresh fruit and snacks and a delicious dinner

Bali: 3 daily nourishing meals

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable up to 2 weeks after purchase. After 2 weeks your tuition is non refundable. You may transfer to another training up to 60 days prior to the start date of your training. Refunds are available if we make a change to a training.

We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard, Allianz and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
