CURRICULUM: 200 HR

  • ASANA: Begin each day with a morning yoga practice: Vinyasa + Hatha Flow

  • PRANAYAMA: Explore a fundamental aspect of yoga, called Pranayama. Learn the range of breathing practices and styles to help regulate and enhance the flow of energy, promoting overall well-being and inner calm.

  • MEDITATION: Receive daily meditation practices designed to enhance focus, presence and calm. We will learn and experience various meditation styles and techniques.

  • YOGA PHILOSOPHY: We dive into the ancient wisdom of yoga, exploring the Eight Limbs and Chakras, Mythology and how it can add value to yoga on the mat and in life.

  • ANATOMY: Expect hands-on exercises while learning about biomechanics and injury prevention.

  • YIN + RESTORATIVE: We weave in these styles in to foster the sweetness of slowing down. Explore mindfulness and the power of presence, through yin & restorative yoga practices.

  • SEQUENCING: Learn the art of yoga sequencing focused on creating safe, inclusive & creative practices.

  • AYURVEDA: Receive an introduction to the Indian system of nutrition and wellness. Ayurveda is an practice which fosters a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Learn to explore the interplay of physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual's life.

  • LIFESTYLE: We cover tools and techniques to integrate ancient practices and wisdom into your modern life so you leave feeling more harmonious.

  • BUSINESS: Receive effective methods and resources to help you succeed in your teaching career.

Are you registered with Yoga Alliance?

We sure are! We have both 200hr and 300hr.

What is the difference between your 200 & 300 hour?

Our 200hr is the introduction to yoga teacher training great for any curious yoga practitioner. The 300hr is for anyone who has already completed a 200hr. It is an advanced training that dives into more nuanced details and additional styles.

What level of experience is needed for the 200 hour?

We encourage at least 6 months of yoga practice prior to joining our yoga trainings.

what level of experience is needed for the 300 hour?

200 hour accredited training.

Will i be able to keep up with the amount of yoga?

Our classes are designed for all levels and we design our daily schedule with several breaks to create space for rest and integration. Our schedule also shifts between movement and lecture, and discussion to allow for more balance throughout the day.

Is the training only for people who want to become yoga teachers?

Nope! We welcome all walks of life and believe that everyone would benefit from take 3 weeks off of life to dive into this transformative journey.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do. You can sign up for a 12 month payment plan through Shop Pay at check out.

Do I need my own yoga props?

Nope! We provide yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and blankets (if you wish to bring your own, you’re more than welcome!)

Is there WIFI available on the property?

Yes, you will be able to check emails and stay connected with your loved ones. However, we do encourage you to give yourself time and space to unplug for the external demands of life.

Who are your teachers?

All our teachers are seasoned teachers with 10+years of teaching experience at the E-RYT 500 level.

What is the average class sisze?

Depending on the venue we range from 25-35 students with anywhere from 3-4 teachers per group.

How do I get to the Venue?

We got you! You book your flights and we will help coordinate your transportation.

Are all my meals included?

Thailand: Daily large Brunch, fresh fruit and snacks and a delicious dinner

What is the Cancelation Policy?

You can cancel for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. After which time period, your training can be applied to any other training.
